When I began the process of looking to buy a condo, I was very determined to learn all I could about the real estate game. I read a few books, scanned the MLS website for hours at a time month after month, and went to some open houses. I learned a lot but I also got very frustrated- usually by the agents themselves.

There were more than a couple un-returned phone calls. I went to some over zealous showings in over-staged condo units, while at other times I sensed a jaded disinterest in the whole process from the very people whose livelihood depended on it.

"What is this alien world I’ve entered into?" I wondered, "And isn’t there just one sane person out there who can help me along the way?"
